About Anna: Anna Kane is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Experienced in the fields of assessment, selection, development and change, Anna recognises the importance of Occupational Psychology in changing behaviour in the workplace to become pro-environmental. She helps organisations meet the challenges of rolling out an environmental policy through staff assessment, recruitment and development, and change management.



Summary: Anna will be exploring two questions:
  • What is motivation? How can it be used for engaging staff in pro-environmental workplace behaviour?
  • What roles do recruitment and development play in motivating staff to attend to environmental matters? 

Based on psychology, project experience and research undertaken with a range of organisations including Royal Mail, London Fire Brigade, and Friends of the Earth.
