Downing Street turns down the heat as election hots up : 11 April

With just under a month before the May 6 general election, uncertainty surrounds the identity of 10 Downing Street’s future inhabitants. But whoever wins the highly-contested election, one thing’s for sure: they won’t have to worry about their heating breaking down, after the building’s 40-year-old boiler was overhauled as part of Number 10’s commitment to the 10:10 campaign.
