This post is a response to some comments regarding the cookbook "Low carbon and delicious" issues by 10:10 Mediterranean:

"10:10 Mediterranean is just one out of four regions in the 24 country hub, handled by Nektarina Non Profit.

The hub has no funding for 10:10 projects and everything that has been done since October 2010 and 101010  in 24 countries the hub covers is on voluntary basis.

The book "Low Carbon and Delicious" does not target neither UK nor US market in specific.  The book was compiled by volunteers who speak English as a foreign language.

The cookbook was created in less than a month, without any help from professional cooks, and is certainly not perfect.

However, considering the fact that the book has been created as a volunteer project, and is free online, we couldn't be more proud about it."
