Having embraced the 10:10 project and becoming an ambassador for the cause, I can’t help but wear my 10:10 cap even when I am on holiday!

With all the upheaval in Egypt recently, it's easy to forget about the positive day-to-day things happening on the ground. Late last year I spent a few days at the Baron Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and spent some time talking to manager Ahmed Khaled about the resort's approach to sustainability.
